easelles                                               

Easelles are a group of four women who will be exhibiting a collection of contemporary art work at 37 High Street, Ditchling over the first four weekends in May, as part of  the 2010 ‘Art in Ditchling’ open house festival.  The artists are: Niyati Barlow, Ruth Gaskell, Bryony Rimmington Jones and Jo Watters-Pawlowski.  The group meet on Saturday afternoons at Ruth’s studio to indulge in their love of drawing and painting.  A collaboration of ideas, together with individual skills has provided a unique friendship and understanding of each others artistic character.
